WellQ ("we", "us") develops mobile applications, including SafeStay+ and other apps. This policy describes how we handle your information across all WellQ apps.

2. Data We Collect

The App is designed with privacy at its core.

a) Data stored on your device only

• Your habit names and completion history
• Streak counts and achievement progress
• App preferences and settings

b) Data processed by third parties (only if you subscribe)

Anonymous purchase transactions are processed by Apple and RevenueCat (our subscription platform) to manage your subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID — not your name, email, or habit data.

c) Data we do NOT collect

• We do not collect your name, email, or contact information
• We do not track your location
• We do not use advertising SDKs or sell data
• We do not use analytics that identify you personally

3. Notifications

If you enable notifications, scheduling happens entirely on-device. No data is sent to external servers for this feature.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to anyone.

5. Data Retention

All habit data lives on your device. Deleting the App removes all data permanently. We have no server-side backups of your habit information.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes.
